Business plans - from £100 + VAT

Every business needs a business plan, whether it's to ask for funding from investors, or to track goals within your business. We can help you by providing the financial forecasts that are the cornerstone of the business plan. Depending on what you need, this can be either at a high level, or it can be to a huge level of detail. And it can be prepared in multiple versions, showing lots of different scenarios. The forecasts are easily updateable, so you can plug in different numbers and answer all those 'what if' type questions. We'll also double check the financial forecasts with the rest of the business plan to make sure that it makes sense as a whole! Creation of business plans is also included in our Start-up package.

To be of value, business plans need to be kept up to date, and the forecasts should be checked to see whether they are being achieved. Early warning of under (or over!) performance allows you to take corrective action before things get out of hand. Tracking actual performance against forecasts is included in our Business Enhancement package or can be added to a Bespoke package.

Business health check - £175 + VAT

(and a full refund promise if we can't save you at least this much!)

A full review of costs, cash flow, banking arrangements, finance processes and procedures, VAT schemes, borrowing levels, suppliers and customers. We'll give you a full action plan of things you should think about changing. And if we can't save you more than £175, we'll refund you in full. The Business health check is also carried out quarterly as part of our Business Enhancement package.

End of year accounts - £150 + VAT *

We'll produce your end of year accounts (balance sheet and trading, profit and loss account) ready for submission to Companies House.

* this price assumes that your records are well kept and up-to-date. If they're not, we can still produce your end of year accounts, it will just cost you a bit more. The most we will charge is £250 + VAT, but just get in touch with us and we'll give you an accurate price.

Personal tax returns - £40 + VAT *

We'll complete your Self Assessment tax return for you ready for submission to HMRC.

Decision support - from £100 + VAT

If you have a big decision you need to make, it's usually best to make it based on fact rather than emotion. We can help by building a model of your business – and by showing you the 'before' and 'after' pictures.

For example, business is picking up and you may need to take on an extra member of staff. Is it worth the extra cost? Or one of your customers is asking for extra time to pay an invoice. How does it affect your cashflow?
